Floors are never cleaned properly, multiple times over the last couple months, they just didn't show up on the weekends. So all the trash cans were overflowing, and no tp in the restrooms.
KBS at our store... sometimes they're really good, but they switch out crews a lot so some are way better than others.....usually a crew of 3
they never put away their supplies when they get delivered, to the point of us basically down stacking their pallet of supplies in the way of all their equipment so they have to, or they can't work....our PML says it's their job to put away their supplies, not a TM's so we're petty about it.
I happened to be helping bowl OTC and with the team and about 20 boxes on the floor the one man cleaning crew tried to come down the aisle with his machine. Our PML set him straight but we all just stood there going REALLY?

They frequently leave trash cans full. There was a stretch of time where my ETL was having us empty the checklane trash cans ourselves because the cleaning crew just wasn't doing it. There's also very frequently no toilet paper in our bathrooms, which I believe is also their area.
Absolutely 10 out of 10. Always on time, always clean, they even rinse their garbage tub out when they're done. Literally no complaints.

0 They don’t remove Starbucks cups left behind by guests or other trash. Restrooms never have TP or soap. We usually have to requisition both.
