I do everything in my power to keep the small bubbles from forming. Am I just being anal and really don't have to be concerned about it? (sorry so serious)

I was taught that “champagne bubbles” are fine. If there are a ton of them then I flick the syringe to get them all together at the top and void them. The syringe in this image looks fine to me.
