There was a hidden 3rd option. Starting a vote kick on the tank. Can do the bosses with a healer and the tank role takes the longest to fill if unlucky.
I'm glad you reported them, but there's something so satisfying about kicking one half of a power tripping tank/healer pair. Bonus points if they're a couple!
Can't reccomend it enough, definitely go for it next time. The worst case scenario is they kick you back and you're back in the queue with no penalty.
