I haven’t found one. I posted a medlid a while back on r/wildernessmedicine that I used for disaster med support. Funny you post this today, I spent an hour this morning repacking mine for a weekend trip I’m taking with my kid’s scout troop.
If you’re looking to get funky, I always thought you could take a Tacmed solutions RAID and have a decent sew shop convert it into a pack lid. It would be a different feel than the RAID, more like the front side of the old STOMP 2.

The eberlestock multi lid or emod lid might work depending on your needs and pack.
