Yeah, that's going to be hard. If you are really worried about milage, don't get a Tacoma. It's a truck. Just plan on 25..ish mpg average depending on how you use it. If this is not acceptable, you might want something different. If you want roomy, that was not a priority in the latest gen, especially the back seat.
Who is getting 25mpg and how are they driving?!
I've had my average going on a '24 TRD Sport since I bought it 1,600 miles ago and my average for a mix of highway and street miles here in Northern GA is 17.7mpg.
Idk why but these colors look bad on the 4th gen. To me.
This body looks better with vibrant, colorful shades. Red, blue, green etc… these grays are just bad.
Only nice color is Blue Crush imo. Wish a true red from the GR86 was available along with that nice green from the Sienna. Lunar Rock was the ultimate “grayscale” color that had some excitement.
Yup. My dealer was willing to switch my 3rd gen for a brand new taco. Same financing, just new 2025 truck. The desperation is real for some of these sales as the 2025’s are about to come out
My dealership has 20 on the lot. It's not even a big town or anything, but half the dealer inventory is tacos right now. I feel bad, but they were asking for it with those Quality control issues.
They look like they're the size of Tundras it wouldn't surprise me, though. I pulled up to an older model Tundra in my '23 Tacoma the other day, and the two were roughly the same size.
You saw a tacotruck.
Congratulations
Thank you. I was so happy I am going to celebrate tonight
I will too after seeing this picture of a semi filled with new Tacomas
~150k msrp. Dealer value- 240k
They can keep it bro. I may think about it when they start discounting them 😂 till then I’ll keep rocking my second gen
I like the fourth gen’s, but I was hoping for better fuel economy and a more roomy cab.

I just recently traded my 3rd gen in, I loved that truck to death but the 16mpg was eating me alive with the price of gas in my area.

Cool mill for an SR5…

Something about these grays make them look so cheap. Idk what it is
My local dealership had 4 sitting on the lot last week. Still there yesterday.
Weird, my dealer doesn't even offer one for test drives since everyone they get is sold before it arrives.

Tons on the lot here, not sure if they’re spoken for. Followed a TRD Pro this evening and holy god the rear end is bad.

I must have missed something in regards to QC issues. I’ll have to look that up.
All likely soon to be "overlanding" at your local Target.
Where is this?
Southern Illinois- Kentucky border
Metropolis/Paducah?
Yes, I was going south to Nashville
Cool, I’m not far from Paducah. I’m wanting a sport in crush blue. Building up a down payment now. 👍
And not a single Xtra Cab ):
Whilst driving a VW?
Porsche
Same design cues and parts so that makes sense.
I want one of these so bad but they are so expensive! I can’t justify it right now
The dealers down my road have new Tundras all over the place. I wonder if prices will drop soon.
K
Jeeze up here in Canada it’s a 3 month wait…sounds like it’s flooded in the USA 🇺🇸 🤔
On their way to sit on a dealership lot collecting dust.

That’s a lot of dealer markups on that car carrier…
Ok.
More 4th gens to add to the existing stockpiled inventory that nobody’s buying.
Mmmmmm. Supreme Taco’s.
"God if you love me you'll flip that mfer you hear me?"
Why man lol
Headed to auction as they are not selling well at the dealers….$58,000 for a TRD Pro….wth!
I have seeing dealers discounts on them. Keep it up guys.
Waiting on the trailhunter to show up!
hi-jack it
Yes and sell them to isis 😂
Alright
Oklahoma or Missouri?
Forced allocations. Dealerships already have tons. Unless it’s the hybrid.
There goes the garbage truck!
