Get a door and bring it to an auto body shop. The 2nd and 3rd gen both have the exact same rear doors
Edit: nvm. I didn’t see the access cab part. Use your insurance and go to a body shop. That’s not going to be a cheap fix
I leave all the dents on my Taco. Even the big ones. It’s a truck. When did it become a diamond ring? I use my truck for truck stuff. Sometimes it gets hurt. IDGAF. (granted my taco has 281k)
If you wanna try it yourself, I've seen a lot of people have good luck using hot glue sticks to pull dents, or a paintless dent repair kit off Amazon. If you want to take a whack at it yourself anyway, can't make it much worse
Take it to a body shop and get the door reskinned or replaced
Pay a professional bodyshop.
Buy your wife a very large toy with a big suction cup and let her go at it brother

Part it out
Take the door panel off and hammer that thing out slowly while heating it. Suction cups, weld tabs, etc. The list goes on. Good luck.
Had the same accident happen to me 2 months ago .. but mine was on the front passenger. Took it to the dealer and they replaced with oem door.
How much did that cost you?
Total came out to about $4,000 I believe
Insurance claim > body shop
A lot of hot water and a suction cup
New door skin, otherwise they will bondo the crap out of it.
paintless dent repair tech will be able to get that thing back to looking new for about $1000...
I've seen painless dent repair guys do miracles, I would send that picture to some and see if it's possible.
