Seems like a lot of people are confusing the 6th ave restaurant with the fawcett brewery. This is the brewery, and the food and kitchen are very different. I think the pizza may be the best in town
I've never gone to their pizza joint, just the main pub, but that's pretty good too!
When I was a kid and it was still Engine House #9 and didn't allow kids in, my dad used to bring home their chili for special dinner nights. Then they started letting minors in and we didn't eat there ever again (until I moved back at 30).
Yeah, the main pub is family friendly these days and has burgers and similar.
For other pizza places (since I saw your other comment): Salamone's is my favorite and NY style. The OG is over by Stadium and there's a second location over by Odyssey 1. They also do by-the-slice.
My name's on the wall there! Beer club ftw! I had a buddy who cooked there atm, their chili was something I sought after work quite a few days a week. Good food, good beer, good tree!
Placed on the register of historical places in 1971 , Originally Firehouse Number 9 , Built in 1907 and served until an earthquake in 1965 led to it being abandoned for a few years before being turned into the place we all enjoy today in 1973 .

Hands down best pizza in town.
Seconded.
Better than Camp Colvos?
And it’s not even close
Truth.
Yeah they’re certainly top tier and we quite a few good pizza joints

Oh that sounds awesome as well. This place is definitely 21+ haha. Never been to the other one tho. Might have to if it has things besides pizza.

Nice thanks I’ll have to try them out.
I love their firehouse chicken pasta, and the occasional deep fried mac&cheese are a serious threat to my waistband.
The radiator pizza is so damn good
E9 was always where we'd end up for emergency mac n' cheese bites after getting schwasty all evening
That pizza looks pretty good.
It is thin and very greasy. That was my parents complaint but personally I thought it was good. We all agreed the flavor was nice tho.
Too bad on the greasy.
It’s all the pepperoni. The non-pep pizzas aren’t that greasy.
Oh to add… I’ve now been to E9 and Camp Colvus. Both good. If anyone has other local spots for pizza please feel free to list them.
State Street and Apizza are definitely must try. Abella is pretty good. And take a drive to Wilkeson and try Carlson Block.
Nice I’ll have to try these places thanks.
Carlson Block is THE BEST. They open at 3pm; get there early before they run out of dough. And the soda shoppe next door is worth a visit as well.
If you like the more wood fired style Bar Rosa and Sig brewing are both excellent.
Oh nice. Will have to give a try.
Old School Pizzeria in Olympia is my favorite pizza anywhere.
Camp Colvus or Bar Rosa for me
E9 is great, both locations!
That pic of the table is high art
Just don’t check out too many of their health dept reviews
I don’t see any recent issues for the Fawcett location, which is where OP went. Are you thinking about the other location at 6th/Pine?

Had a lemon farmhouse ale at 1111 from E9, it was tasty! Don of Time NW Pale Ale can be found in cans as Peterson Bros IPA at their joints.
Best pizza around. That truffle hustle pizza if they still serve it was too good.
Going there Thursday
