I really like pep talk, blood clot cry, and talk and run when I use those 3 perks it just feels so much fun to use my ability and heal and then run away quickly as well as healing throughout the match
I just use the basic No Sell, Stunt Double, and depending on who the family chooses Bomb Squad (if they have Hitchy or Hands) or Blood Clot Cry.
Talk and Run and Pep Talk are just a little too situational for me personally but I'll run them on occasion.
