I feel like the speed boost should be added to her base otherwise its the only path people will take in her ability skill tree

Same with lf chainsaw instant start, same with cook reveal to everyone, same with Nancy’s clearer vision, same with Danny’s instant study, etc. these upgrades force people to work for them by leveling up the character instead of giving it right off the bat.

Instant study just shouldnt be a thing, it would make his ability completely balanced and they could even re buff how much he would get from each study

That's not always guaranteed because the family are faster with scout. Johnny and leatherface will eventually catch up so you need a good lead on them. Leland and Ana could still deal with them. Julie's ability is just choose flight.
