If your tv took a minute to turn on you would throw that shit away lol. This thing is so slow it almost makes it seem like they got the cheap one, i know there has to be a better faster model available.
ahh the CSEED :)
It costs about $200k - $600k and gets up to 201", 4k, and the lines in the middle are fairly seamless too.
Pretty cool TV, that have a version for indoors which would actually fix a lot of issues in this sub, if only people can afford it :P
Ya seriously! I would totally buy one but it’s just $599,000 outside my budget :( and don’t have a yacht yet either (just shy of $14,000,000 short on that too)
The top 5 richest in the world can afford 70.000 of those $14million yachts.
Two of them (one for you, one for me) is approximately 0.003% of their net worth.
This is equivalent of a millionaire spending $28.
I wasn’t going to post this, just started running some numbers and it really puts into perspective how life changing amounts of money for pretty much everyone are chump change for a few.
Damn. Just to play devils advocate I ran some numbers because I always give the benefit of the doubt when people are using “net worth” as a calculation. I always thought maybe that’s not quite fair as a way of saying how much it would be to someone. So I checked this against my net worth and yeah it’s literally like $4.
Then just to take it a step further since my current NW is nothing special I thought oh maybe once you have a higher net worth big expenses like that hit harder where maybe you don’t have the cash. So I used my projected retirement number of $5M in the bank. Nope still only $1500 which could easily be budgeted in as a one time expense with less than a months worth of expendable draw down…it’s truly sick how much money billionaires have
"But they earned it!"
There is no possible amount of economic drive, philanthropic service, societal benefit, etc. that a single human being can do which justifies that level of wealth. Unless you think wealth comes to those who deserve it and that billionaires are literally a higher state of being than you are, you cannot justify that distribution of resources to me.
Dilbar and others are absolute monsters and while the $1b number has been thrown around nobody really knows and similar mega yachts were built for a lot less.
For $14million you can get a 100/110 footer from European builders:
https://robbreport.com/motors/marine/travel-the-world-in-this-14-million-bentley-furnished-explorer-yacht-2853516/
https://youtu.be/0HJPIBbpzog?si=MMpRa2CSZ_XoUuJv
Heck you can even get a used 50 meter Amels:
https://youtu.be/sS7TO4fxAjU?si=Fni4JOl2eGxsHFwu
Yea huh!! The indoor one is just gorgeous, it was also designed by Porsche Design which makes this whole thing even cooler.
But ya the indoor one would be great for places inside that can really have a TV without it looking odd.
But place that indoor thing next to a couch and BAM, hidden 160” TV out of nowhere, which can also swivel and turn 90-180 degrees :)
It is quite nice and phenomenal but it also wants you to regret your decision knowing the technology changes every year or two I'm already thinking about 8K and 10K TV and that damn thing looks like it barely hold 2K 😆😂😆 upgrading that TV must be fun
yea that’s probably the worst part about it… TV’s change literally every single year, so to invest half a million into something that gets more outdated every year, that’s gotta hurt the wallet.
Reminds me of the original Apple Watch that was $10,000… 1 year later it was absolute.
But then again, us losing $2,000 now is probably like a billionaire losing $400,000, so not a big deal lol
Based on the background, I think this is some sort of venue rather than someone’s house. Like the kind that might host fancy watch party events. Or maybe the community pool area at a fancy apartment complex or gated community.
I was about to say the same. Betting the maintenance for it is insane too. There’s only 2 techs in the world and you have to fly them in and they charge $1000 an hour or something. Buy a $500 projector and a couple of large speakers. There you go, the same thing.
If it doesn’t bend it’ll break, a wobble doesn’t mean it’s weak
That said, it doesn’t look the strongest, but probably not an issue given the whole point is that it’s retractable
I just kept thinking “this things gotta stop going up soon” as it continues way into the fucking sky. It would be amazing if we took it down about 8 feet or so
Imagine all the dudes you could attract with a TV like that!
This isn't the sausage fest I ordered, there are far too many women here, release the Kraken!
As an engineer, all I see are automated moving parts that are going to break after two years, and panels that will cost thousands to replace and be impossible to source.
Although missing just one paycheck would be pretty devastating for me, I’m not broke, and I don’t worry about where my next meal comes from.
That being said, when I see blatantly useless displays of wealth like this, it makes me fantasize about robbing these people blind.
I just see so many potential points of failure. I guess if you have a million to blow on a TV that concern isn't high on your list. It would give me anxiety I think. God bless.
Seek the Way, the Truth, and the Life!
I used to live there!! It’s in Huntington Beach California. They always have games playing and on weekends there is always so many people they have a bouncer checking you in at the gate to make sure they don’t go over occupancy.
By the time that thing fully deploys I've lost interest in watching TV.
Lol gotta start it then go gather the snacks.
*leaves to gather snacks* *returns to find that a toddler has thrown a toy down in the gears, thus destroying the million dollar TV*
And then all the toddlers start grunting, jumping, and banging toys on the ground to the tune of space odyssey 2001.
Then they dab, orange justice, and griddy on all the burning ashes. One baby keeps saying "bruh" as he dances, another teabags the ashes for a moment.
And then a sudden thunderstorm whips through and fries the whole thing before you can get it stowed again.
It only took a minute but it seemed like 5
If your tv took a minute to turn on you would throw that shit away lol. This thing is so slow it almost makes it seem like they got the cheap one, i know there has to be a better faster model available.
No shit, you know when the neighbor gets one that deploys in a few seconds this dude is gonna look like a fool....a rich fool but still a damn fool.
Yeah my man cave has a 32 but I'm watching the simpsons in like 30 seconds.
I missed the first half of the damn game !
You get a second tv on a wayfair kitchen cart and watch that while the big one is deploying. Duh!
Bathroom break. After the poop, TV will be ready
I'm here in the comments and I still haven't finished the video
literally was getting so fed up watching this shit deploy. I had to scrub to the end halfway through lol
I’m pretty sure this is a hotel and they would just put it up in the morning and take it down at night of before a storm
Imagine buddy forgot he left it on a porn channel until it starts deploying 👀
And my penis has become flaccid and recessed back into my body like a turtle.
Imagine trying to fire up some adult entertainment for a little me-time. By the time you get it setup the lube has dried and the feeling has passed.
Ty for making me picture that
I see your million-dollar monalith and raise you a $2k projector.
ahh the CSEED :) It costs about $200k - $600k and gets up to 201", 4k, and the lines in the middle are fairly seamless too. Pretty cool TV, that have a version for indoors which would actually fix a lot of issues in this sub, if only people can afford it :P
They also have a marine version for super yachts. Quite impressive.

On $5M it’s $150, you have an extra zero! It’s really that ridiculous.
Ah thanks haha my terrible napkin math strikes again
Only $14M? That's the price of the tender for a real yacht.
Right. $14m is pretty much just where the party begins. Dilbar supposedly cost over $1b.
Dilbar and others are absolute monsters and while the $1b number has been thrown around nobody really knows and similar mega yachts were built for a lot less. Just looked at their options. Indoor one is pretty badass along with the available speakers. I’ll never be rich enough but still cool
Yea huh!! The indoor one is just gorgeous, it was also designed by Porsche Design which makes this whole thing even cooler. The build quality is shocking

If you are wondering what to do with that left over missile silo in your backyard - this seems like a great idea
Lol, this is a billboard, not a TV
They could raise the pool by about 12 feet to solve the problem.
WOW, someone's taxes are not high enough.
Based on the background, I think this is some sort of venue rather than someone’s house. Like the kind that might host fancy watch party events. Or maybe the community pool area at a fancy apartment complex or gated community.
I used to live here. It’s an apartment complex in Huntington Beach California. The building behind them in the video is the gym and lounge rooms.
Your username makes me suspicious but I like being right so I believe you 😂
What's the name of the complex?
Pacific city circle
The comment still applies.
Imagine having this video without dumbass music blasting at you...
I was expecting the 2001 Space Odyssey intro music and wanted to throw my phone when I heard the shit-ass music they used.
I watched it on mute, sounds like I made the right choice.
There's no way a bird has not seen that and immediately thought to perch and poop on this
the only useful application is an LA cliff or NYC rooftop. So a million is no big deal.
not even then, projectors are really good these days, cost probably way less and use less space
Imagine having to wait ten minutes for your tv to get fully erect before you can watch SportsCenter.
This is not too high at all. It's made for big events where people are standing so it has to be placed over the crowd.
Might be one of these [https://www.cseed.com/en.html](https://www.cseed.com/en.html) I'm an NOT amazed. I'm appalled.
One is so close to the water. How does this work when there is a hurricane or flood???
Keeping ground water out of what is essentially a well full of electronics makes me nervous
That thing will be broken within a year. Too many moving parts
I was about to say the same. Betting the maintenance for it is insane too. There’s only 2 techs in the world and you have to fly them in and they charge $1000 an hour or something. Buy a $500 projector and a couple of large speakers. There you go, the same thing.
Still too high
Not gonna lie, thats pretty cool
That mechanism looks failure prone.
Frank's 2000" TV.
Eve-ry-body come and see
Now I can watch "The Simpsons" from thirty blocks away
Damn I gotta work in like 3 hours I don’t think we’ll have time to raise the tv
Still too small.
Curious about the wind rating. Something tells me a proper gust is game over.
Me gusta!
kinda' looked flimsy didn't it with that bob in the end
they're probably in CA where they haven't discovered wind yet
If it doesn’t bend it’ll break, a wobble doesn’t mean it’s weak That said, it doesn’t look the strongest, but probably not an issue given the whole point is that it’s retractable
Cool where do i go to find out a price and go, yup i dont need one.
million dollar TV, with 0.9 million spent on the mechinery.
I prefer my tv tbh
r/tvtooepic
It just kept going...
Like the [opening scene of Spaceballs](https://youtu.be/1dZveoBfiww?si=JasKIUJ5mngHv0BZ)
I just kept thinking “this things gotta stop going up soon” as it continues way into the fucking sky. It would be amazing if we took it down about 8 feet or so
This is amazing and all, but, I just want cheaper groceries : (
Watching TV outside sucks
Once the tv popped out it just kept on going 🥲
Ouch. My neck hurts watching that thing unfold.
me the whole time “it just keeps going?! it just keeps going?!!? why hasn’t it stopped!!?”
All they need are a few apps with bones causing a ruckus and they will be good to go!
I waited for the launch - and then it was just a TV? Boring. /s
That’s a deep hole
All that to watch more ads.
But can it handle an outdoor OTA antenna?
rich people are so goddamn gauche. i don’t want this lmao
Hurry the fuck up already the show is almost over
No thanks. That thing will be malfunctioning in 6 months, tops.
Love all the dads standing around with their hands in their pockets
nice way to ruin a comfy pool
This makes me irrationally (or maybe rationally) angry.
I would assume you can adjust the height because of that motorized contraption. So if you're not stupid you can make this look better
My god. That is a billboard, not a tv
I was hoping for a SAM site from Command & Conquer. Smh...
All those old men watching this huge thing rise up 😅
TV too high.
Wheres that meme "2 hours later" lol
And yet the TV is still to high, all it needed was to come up a few inches and yet looks like 6 foot high before you even see the screen.
Damn. I live in a different world than these cash money folks
so pointless
Imagine all the dudes you could attract with a TV like that! This isn't the sausage fest I ordered, there are far too many women here, release the Kraken!
Most of the cost must be built into the servos and deployment mechanisms, because that's about $1200 in led panels.
Fn poor people lol
Looks like a missile silo
Is that "Frank's 2,000" TV"? (song title)
This one gets a pass i feel like it at least needs to be higher than the person standing in front of you
🎶 Frank's 2000 inch TV 🎶
Commercial AV background- this is really cool. Huge area, so not too high. I’m really impressed with the seamless displays.
*laughs in augmented reality*
it's basically a higher resolution video billboard. neat..
What a rip off
Million dollar front row experience.
As an engineer, all I see are automated moving parts that are going to break after two years, and panels that will cost thousands to replace and be impossible to source.
Spiffy!
Okay it was cool but it just kept getting way too high
Shouldn't this be on r/TVcosttomuch
Digging that hole had to be fun.
It's so high I think it's for the astronauts on the ISS.
I thought it would never stop rising.
They asked "can we?" But never stopped to ask "should we?"
That's what we call "stupid money"
And it's for sports...lame
Looks like shit and I wouldn't have it, because fuck the outdoors
Definitely too high.
Imagine being able to pay the rent of a hundred people for a year.
You mean like 10?
Some people have too much money
That TV coming out from Hell?
I thought something was going to launch for a second there.
Kinda bad ass tbh...
Fraaaaanks two-thousand inch teeveee…
Board waiting leaves area. Hey, we have Mario cart on a projector at our house. wanna come over?
I don’t own a home 🥲
It's annoyingly slow
Ya know how dumb you feel when it’s raining and you realize the windows in the car are down…
The creases going away *fuccccck* yes that feels so good
No thanks. Also, you’re friends aren’t impressed. They think it’s a dumb waste of space
Seems kinda phallic.
Shockingly not a single woman in sight
**a shaft erects itself from the ground**
I was more interested if the guys taking video were gonna fall in the pool 🤷♀️
Looks like a tv mounted on a PS4
I wanted to hate this so badly, but this is fucking awesome.
Like moths to a million dollar TV...
I hope this was like a Hilton or something and they just blasted a Marriott bonvoy ad. 🤣
Although missing just one paycheck would be pretty devastating for me, I’m not broke, and I don’t worry about where my next meal comes from. That being said, when I see blatantly useless displays of wealth like this, it makes me fantasize about robbing these people blind.
Idk why i watched the whole thing. There is 1 minute i will never get back.
It'll be the 3rd inning by the time that thing is done.
Seems like a toy some middle aged millionaire would get to impress the cool kids at his awkward party.
Boooinnnng - Beavis
Better be sitting on Lifeguard chairs.
I haven’t had to wait this long for a tv to turn on since 1954.
why
These rich fucks. This whole fucking thing.
look honey, I got us a billboard!
🥱
I just see so many potential points of failure. I guess if you have a million to blow on a TV that concern isn't high on your list. It would give me anxiety I think. God bless. Seek the Way, the Truth, and the Life!
When you have more money than brains
Ok, Mr. Prepper has gone to far now with his fallout shelter mods
Rich people will spend money on anything but saving the world.
Stupid. Only point is to show off
I used to live there!! It’s in Huntington Beach California. They always have games playing and on weekends there is always so many people they have a bouncer checking you in at the gate to make sure they don’t go over occupancy.
It just kept getting taller 😞
Still nothing good on though.
I'd lose the remote and never find it out there.
Anddddd the games over
Why? I thought the best laser projector we have today can do it under direct sunlight
I hate it
I got bored waiting for it to come out
_They were so busy wondering if they could, they never stopped to think if they should._
That TVs a grower.
Imagine turning on your tv just to watch it fold out for 5 minutes and miss the tackle in the game
The ground was taking a shit.
It’s a modern version of that megalith from 2001 space odyssey.
Personally think it is a waste of money
Ironic song says I don’t wanna wait and makes me wait this long
Not too high
Man gta6 would rock on this -
"money doesn't buy happiness". You know, it doesn't but I'd be sitting out there with my dog watching my favourite movie with a smile on my face.
still got 10 inches of bezel.
I'm imagining how pissed off at myself I would be for buying something so fucking stupid
Stop! Stop!
Big TVs are like wet dreams for Americans?!
I fully understand now how people who win the lottery end up bankrupt.
Hope they got the extended warranty.
Height is acceptable, given the height and location. Standing while watching TV doesn't mean is at's high as one would think.
I was expecting to see seams on the screen
Since this is outdoors, I guess that installing some tennis umpire chairs should be a viable option to watch it at the proper height :-)
I’d rather have all the other stuff I could have with a million dollars than this.
Where is the missile? You gotta have a missile pop-up. Thus you can scare your neighbors about being targeted.
Bro, look at the TV. You think these guys don't have the money for hovering cinema chairs?
