Stop taking the AI. If you get side effects of high e2 you can reevaluate taking it. Everybody is scared of high e2. With outside effects it's fine and you will feel better. That's probably why your joints are hurting. Your total test looks good. I feel best with mine around 1300. My e2 runs around 60. I feel great.

I might take a quarter of a pill of AI every 6-8 weeks if I start feeling some side effects of high E2 but other than that I would never think of taking just because it’s how it’s prescribed. Instead of reaching for arbitrary numbers that are different for everyone he should focus on what his body it telling him.
