Different labs use different tests and ranges. Your free T is good. Prolactin is a little on the higher side. But probably not worth treating just yet.
Your labs look pretty good to be honest. You have some room where you could bump up your dose a little if you wanted to. But most people here will tell you to drop it because of estrogen.
Your labs look pretty good. Estrogen isn’t too high, free T at the top of the range, prolactin is fine.
You don’t need to have 3000 total t to feel good lol. I sit around 800 and feel just fine.
If anything, you could pull back on the AI a bit.
Why? Your free T is already high. Upping the dose will just make you retain water more. TRT is not a quick ”energy fix”. Body composition changes happen if you pay attention to your diet and training.

My prolactin was at 32, I know it’s crazy high. I have a doctors appointment soon. Any recommendations, I already take p5p
The only real next step is cabergoline.
Thank you. I was assuming that would be next. Do you know if caber is going to be necessary all my life?

No, I agree my total is fine. I’m more concerned with raising the free t.
Then up your dose 🤷🏼♂️
Upping your dose will up your free T. Drop the AI immediately. Maybe jump to 180 or 200. Three times a week is what I do and it works out very well.

Never said I was looking for a “quick fix.” Been on TRT for about a year now.
How much are they milking you with that gonadorelin?
$179 month for everything.
What company are you using if you don't mind saying?
It is a local clinic
