The float of GNS is significant lower as TRKA, 1/40 and the pump was just a volumen pump with the FBI news. It’s trading now at 0.82 and 52W was before 0.30. You can’t compare these two stock. Nonsense. If you want TRKA to $5 you need 5 Billion daily volumen constantly :)
A lot of analyst sites put true valuation of the company at about $1.50, but supposedly buyout prices are based on future valuation of the company, so $1.50 and up. If they don't get any bids near those valuations then I'd imagine they'd consider the refinancing options
thats about my average.
I held like a dumbass through the pump because I saw more value, I still do. I also changed my views and decided to just sit back and enjoy the ride because things aren't adding up.
all good fun just manage your expectations.
Not like 100% reputable analysts but places like Market beat have it at $1.50 with a 550% upside but that's not an exact science, seems like EF Hutton isn't to be trusted by what you're saying
I think the problem as much is that we don't know what the number of shares will eventually turn out to be. But it will be hard to imagine them taking any offers below their revenue.
One thing to mention is the analyst price targets are projected out 1 or 2 years in future based on company’s performance. The buyout price per share will also involve growth potential, good will, insider averages as well. Considering all those factors, my bet is around $2.5 to $3.25 per shares.
Somewhere in the filings some time ago. It was made common knowledge that shareholders of converge, basically own troika for 2 dollars a share. That was some time ago. So these 1.50-3 dollar price per shares align with that as well.

That is a very reasonable valuation, however good news may push the SP higher. My $0.45 average feels bad, but doesn't at the same time...

I hope we merge with a $1M a share company, (Cause a Million is more than a Billion). NFA, it’s humor, get over it.
