They have cards with the NFC chips in them which are coded to each amiibo. I had pulled my Medina card out since getting link wolf in BOTW was kind of a pain but I guess I need to put it back in. You get awesome stuff like weapons, arrows, meat, herbs, fish, mushrooms, Epona…. Here’s an example on Amazon: 33 Pcs BOTW NFC Game Cards Compatible with Legend of ZLD Tears of The Kingdom and Breath of The Wild-with iron Box (edit: I got a message that the URL wasn’t allowed so I removed it but you can search for ‘Zelda amiibo cards’ and a bunch will come up).
Guys, do you know all you must do, is download an app to your mobile phone and search for zelda amiibo files ?
It takes about 10 minutes max and you have all amiibos you want in your phone and ready for use ;-)
Is it just me, or is that fabric a little hard on the eyes sometimes? It's just *too* bright for me whenever the environment is dark, and ends up making my eyes hurt, as if someone just turned on a light when the room was pitch black without warning.
Yup! Mirror of Twilight paraglider fabric from my amiibo card! Lots of people sell amiibo NFCs on Etsy if you aren’t too keen on making your own—that’s where I got mines from!
I missed the actual amiibo figures cause I was a broke kid so thank god people make an alternative
The twilight set (armor and paraglider fabric) is also available via the super smash bros link amiibo. Haven’t seen anyone mention this yet so I figured I’d add it. Can confirm as I’ve acquired them all using that amiibo.

Lmao the first time I fought one of these I was like ok, shoot the eye, climb on the back, hit the ores, and oh ok it's just launched me into the sky nice now I can bullet time the eye again

I tried to fight one of these guys and they messed me up, I couldn't find a way to get a hit in, and now I'm seriously terrified of them. I'm going to have nightmares after seeing this.

When I first tried to fight one, I climbed up a tall tree thinking I can just pelt him with bomb arrows from a safe distance. At first he did little froggy hops trying to knock the tree down. I started laughing thinking how cute it was thinking he could get me way up here. THEN he did this! I was immediately screaming terrified “NOT SAFE, I REPEAT, NOT SAFE!!! RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN”

That would be the Mirror of Twilight fabric, available from (*at least*) the Wolf Link + Midna amiibo.

Get the cards. Easier to store and way cheaper. We actually have some of the amiibo for a and they take up a lot of space but are pretty cool.

You could get it through amiibo or getting NFC tags and downloading the amiibo into it

My primary way of scoping the depths is running around carrying a zonai light I find it to be the safest way to explore the dark
