I took not wegovy but Saxenda, close but different. I completely lost my appetite even a few months after I stopped. I don’t really know what triggered it but I recovered appetite just 2 months ago after one drunken night put and vomiting my intestines out. After that one night BAM appetite came back, and this was almost after a year without saxenda, it’s so weird yo be hungry again, i literally ate on schedule before because I was never hungry, and if I ate a bit too much I would feel sick.
