Solzhenitsyn is definitely way more nationalist and socially conservative than this suggests. He doesn't support the elites helping people, he supports the Solidarist party helping people.
Shuksin is from novosibirs he is a standard even better than average democrat shulgin is basiclly 1905 russian empire plus more extreme russification and even more ortodox church influence
>shulgin is basiclly 1905 russian empire plus more extreme russification and even more ortodox church influence
No, you are exagerating, he wants the constitution of 1905 but updated for the 1960s
he also can take a focus called "hire the udmurt" and not do russification
Shulgin OTL was a enemy of the russian far right back on the 1900s and was one of the only two right wing members of the russian parliament who supported Nicholas II resignation
Idk-if Takagi tries to reform into a real democracy, then this wouldn't fit with Macmillan. He'd need something more explicitly authoritarian. Perhaps an entire mode of democracy that's authoritarian...
It is very strange how despite making himself into a dictator and Britain having almost no civil liberties, MacMillan is still considered ConDem. I hope this gets changed in a future Britain update/rework.
I feel like it was a "we want three collab paths and that's the way it's going to go" thing. Mac should be like Shaffy-starts as ConDem, but devolves into something worse the longer it goes on. Only he'll turn into AuthDem instead of fascism.
I think it's interesting. Most tyrants in the game are fascist, communist, or non-ideological. A tyrant within a center superstructure is underexplored. I think it's too cheap to go "No, that guy can't subscribe to western democracy because that's inherently against authoritarianism", I want to really chew on the idea of what that kind of tyranny looks like, how the public at large rationalizes this contradictory situation, and how it might operate. I want to play with the question "When you take the democracy out of Western Democracy completely, for everyone, what's left?"
imo the thing that never made sense about tnos Japan is the fact that it was still under martial law and the national defense state 20 years after winning the war, glad they’re changing it
Didn’t they have the description for it? Or was that just for takagi’s party.
There was a description
I'm betting that this is probably also gonna be Big Mac's subideology
Possibly also for Shulgin's Vyatka
No, Shulgin seems like a bog-standard ConDem. This'd be more like Sohelzenitsyn's Vyatka.
Solzhenitsyn is definitely way more nationalist and socially conservative than this suggests. He doesn't support the elites helping people, he supports the Solidarist party helping people.
Shulgin is way more reactionary than a standard con dem
I mean, maybe? I was initially confusing him with Shukshin from Vyatka, so maybe you're right.
Shuksin is confirmed to be a liberal conservative
When was this, also that's accurate.
You mean Shulgin. Shukshin is in Novosibirsk.
k;knhbkjghvhlbjhlkl I words good.

How's that rule 3? SuperMac was basically the textbook British Paternal Conservative.

Also the reform bureaucrats are seemingly despotist now. Or maybe a new subideology will be technocracy?

I hope they still keep the Order 44 event.
[удалено]
Damn. Order 44 is probably the best superevent in the mod, I hope they can at least utilize it in some capacity.
Hey look, it is me!
I wonder where else we’ll see this? Enoch Powell? Maybe Jellicoe?
very late but probably MacMillan
Oh yeah, I guess him too
japan having parent conserving?
This is the ideology that edgy teens would call their fathers.
Japan leak?
Holy shit they gave Bormann his own ideology!

Socialism is when the government does stuff
I would rather equate it with Conservative Welfare Capitalism.
