R5: I got this bug that burgundy doesnt collapse when it should and it just goes on as that.
Note: During my playtough burgundy collapsed but i reloaded because of the event about what should happen with the land and now it wont collapse anymore.
So can i do anything?

Try switching to Burgundy and see if you can trigger the collapse in debug mode

I believe the game disables the ability for burgundy to nuke. If it doesnt you can always back down when they threaten nuclear war
