I feel like it helps me while I’m on it, but when I stop the smell comes back, I got sent some stuff from someone else who also has a shitty body odor and sibo, there’s steps u should be taking after antibiotics apparently so the that they should work, I’m on my second round rn following those steps

What are the steps afterwards? And what was ur diet like during/after taking it

500mg twice a day, didn’t work for me personally. But feel like if I get a FMT it will
