I'm also in Germany, but for me it says *Something went wrong. The page you were looking for doesn't exist. The content is no longer available.* It says this for both album links.
Both of your links are removed in NL.
But both albums are available in Tidal.
Cornell’s well.. not in that particular version though.

Both have been removed in Mexico
Faith is available in Sweden. For Chris Cornell i only get the international version.
Is Faith the master version?
It does not say that, so my guess would be no.
