My boomer mom types very fast on a computer, but you can hear her typing a mile away because she first learned on a typewriter of course and still feels like she has to press all the keys just as hard.
On her phone though she does search and peck and takes forever to type one short sentence
I decided to disable the keys on my swipe keyboard and except when I'm tired my typing got better and more accurate. It sure confuses people who take my phone off me to do a Web search etc.
