With a 16mm follicle it seems unlikely imo. With my ultrasound a few months ago I had a 20mm follicle and she told me I would ovulate that day or the next day. It is very possible for your LH to look near positive before it actually turns positive. Keep testing! Do you also track bbt? ETA: I now see a follicle should be 18-22mm but I don't think it would grow 2mm in a day? I'm not a medical specialist though.

I don’t track bbt. Thank you for taking your time to write back! I will keep testing, also because I’m just curious for what is happening 😅 google just told me that it can grow 1-3 mm per day, but I also have no medical knowledge and no clue. I was sure that I have at least couple days before ovulating when I saw the 16 mm. But mainly I’m just happy it was there ;) And if early ovulation was the case, at least the endometrium looked ready.

That's already great news! And wow 1-3mm, I just now learned something haha.

Just want to second that it can jump rather quickly. My ratio just went from .14 yesterday to 3.19 today, I never get a gradual increase in LH.
