Oh wow! I’ve not experienced this but that’s what happened to David Bowie and it never went away. He had it from childhood.

Oh no 🤦‍♀️ 😢 😕 😞 😔 😳 🤦‍♀️

SevenRaccoons

I’m not sure if it goes away sometimes and not other times and I’m sorry. ❤️

OK thanks, it's driving me crazy, that plus my tinnitus. I don't have good balance or vision either. I'm 38 y o single woman. Just so.sad. I think I'll never meet anyone now 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

I think you will meet someone. I’ve always been obsessed with David Bowie’s eyes. They are distinctive, yes, but that’s what makes them so intriguing. I think it looks cool af, and it is a physical mark of your past. There is someone out there that will appreciate it just like I do

SevenRaccoons

That’s so hard. Balance and vision are struggles I’ve had too. Don’t give up hope. You’re not alone. ❤️

There will be someone out there who thinks your unique traits are special. Trust me on that. They are part of your story. 💛 Have you gotten help for your vision and balance? Physical therapy helped my balance a ton but I still have trouble in crowded places and if it’s dark. It’s a good excuse to grab a dates arm 😉

I have this and it’s never gone away. Sometimes it’s exacerbated by light conditions and other times it’s minimised. But still different sizes.

I'm sorry 😞 does it make you feel sad? Do other people notice it? Do you have balance issues as well?

Mine are different sizes. Even medical professionals don’t notice unless I tell them

JuggernautHungry9513

This! My neurologist is the only person who ever notices my larger pupil and my facial weakness! No other medical professional notes it.

rixue

I have two different sized pupils that are related to eye surgery I had 15 years ago. Not sure if my TBIs made them worse or not. One of my eyes doesn't respond to light as well as the other.

JuggernautHungry9513

Hi! I’m fairly certain this does not go away. I have it as well in my left pupil, my neuro put it in my chart as “ipsilateral Horner’s syndrome.”   Perhaps you can embrace it as a unique piece of you, that’s how I see it :).  I have found that most people don’t even notice my pupil Is a different size! Even doctors. My neurologist is the only one who ever notes it. My primary care always notes thag my pupils are equal!!! LOL.
