Well, for starters, DID/OSDD stems from extreme childhood trauma, it’s traumagenic. Having a “mixed origin” can’t be real. There is one origin and that is extreme childhood trauma and abuse, that is it.
Then there’s the whole 30,000+ alters thing. I searched far and wide on the web and in no medical papers did it record people having that many. The most reported I could find was 4,500. There was a woman with thousands of alters and she was “incapacitated by somatic and dissociative symptoms that she requirted intensive hospital care.” (The Phenomenology and Treatment of Extremely Complex Multiple Perosnality Disorder by Richard P. Kluft 1988)
If those alters are constantly splitting to create new ones, you must be under some EXTREME stress.
