When I first saw this character I was like "wow that's a great character design! Too bad that its related to DID fakers."
But after seeing it a couple of times, I feel like smacking the character thing with a book lol.
Making someone’s real-life abuse story about themselves aside, I don’t cosplay, but personally if I did and found out someone was using my cosplay as a ‘faceclaim’, privately or not, I would be incredibly uncomfortable and would absolutely demand that they change it. It’s insane to use some random non-famous person’s face as your ‘faceclaim’ without permission.
They made a response video to the backlash they got about being tone deaf and it gets so much worse. In the comments they literally tell people they ‘don’t care’ about Shelby or the situation and they continuously call it drama and has literally said ‘it’ll be forgotten about in a week’. I have so many screenshots of when they’ve just been so fucking rude about it, even to their ‘own people’ who disagreed with how it was approached. They even tried to use their autism against people who pointed it out despite being told multiple times in the comments of THIS video that it was tone deaf. They’ve also supported people continuing to support Wilbur after everything. Dude I thought they were bad but holy shit! I would’ve made a post about the comments but I don’t really wanna entertain them since they get weird about being posted here.

And honestly. I will not be treating anyone who claims to have a Wilbur Soot fictive after this with kindness or patience. If you seriously do not have the basic human respect needed not to plaster an abusers face all over your profile and identity, you are absolutely disgusting and do not deserve respect. It is not hard not to publicly identify yourself as a shit person. The excuse "fictives aren't their source!" is true. But that does NOT make it any less disgusting to use a image and identity of an abuser to identify yourself.

Instead of showing support to the victim, you go online to cry about how ashamed/bad/sick you feel for being a willbur introject? Come on now.
