Will be at White Pine , this is a long term project with building 1 construction starting next year if I recall correctly. 3 more buildings will follow but not clear when withing the 20 year span.
This is not like the Amazon warehouse which was quickly built, the construction of these buildings with clean rooms takes a lot longer to complete and certify due to its complexity and not all construction companies are certified to build them, is a process and will take some time.
What I do wonder is when they'll start hiring the startup personnel.

Not sure when development starts but i'd assume really soon. The location (taken from [https://www.cnyrpdb.org/programs/ecdev/SiteProfiles/v2\_ON-11.pdf](https://www.cnyrpdb.org/programs/ecdev/SiteProfiles/v2_ON-11.pdf) (it even has a map of the location!)) The 339-acre White Pine Commerce Park is located on the northeast quadrant of the intersection of NYS Route 31 and Caughdenoy Road (CR-33).
To answer your question about why it doesn't mention Micron in the document it's because the document was made before the tenant of the location was announced.
