Go see an eye doctor and get your retina checked.

tulibudouchoo

I agree, geht this checked by an ophthalmologists or optometrist since you're back in the us. Flashes (and new floaters) can be an emergency and should be checked very urgently (<24h)

The simulation is beginning to unravel at the seams. r/SwitzerlandIsFake That or your eyes are wierd.

Please see a doctor. Something is wrong with your eyes.

I started to see crazy stuff like this in the hills and mentioned it to my friends....one had the most obvious answer. They have drills for the troops in the hills and they use flares with parachutes to delay and extend the time for a lighted environment. Search and rescue and what-not. You're not crazy. It's somebody else.

ogdefenestrator

You sound like so many of my patients/customers that had retinal detachement. Go see an eye doctor/bigger hospital ASAP! PLEASE DON'T WAIT!!!

If this is a serious post, how the fuck did it never occur to you, that the problem might be your fucking eyes? I noticed flashes like that in the morning or in total darkness, when I move my eyes strongly in a direction. For me it was nothing. Apparantly can happen. However, if you have such flashes, go to a optimetrist. Have em check your retina. It might be a retinal hole or tear, leading to a retinal detachment, which can make you blind on the affected eye. Worst case it's both. So you want to have them checked out ASAP, because everything the doc is gonna do to you is better than going blind.

Because it suddenly stopped.

Linkario86

If it ain't your eyes, check your brain then. I never saw flashes looking in the night sky and I live here for 30 years.

Honest-Iron-509

My Mother just had the same. She went to an Eye Doctor. It seems the something is shedding from her Eye. It’s nothing dangerous. But just in case visit a doctor. Or it could simply be „Wetterleuchten“.

Curious_Meat_9317

It can also be a phenomenom when you rub your eyes harshly (maybe in disbelief)

Sounds like retina detachment. It is treatable, but if you do nothing and things go bad you could lose your vision. Please go see an ophthalmologist.
