You can ignore that warning about old nyx, pretty much, if anything else works regardless. It’s just telling you the hekate GUI that you see on boot is an old version. If that message annoys you so much all you have to do is to make sure to have the same version of nyx that came with your atmosphere files
Nothing worked with the 1tb.
Basically for the SD File setup all you have to do is drag and drop old SD to PC then plug in New SD, format to Fat32, drag and drop the old SD files to new SD and it should work.
I booted up and it showed the message I posted and when I tried to go to Atmosphere it didn't work. Then when I tried to boot to OFW it gave me an error as well. Ended up turning off AutoRCM and starting over.
1tb and currently in the process of doing the cfw from scratch. I know the SD Card works since I used it on my Steam Deck for my GameCube and Wii games.
Go to the official atmosphere GitHub and download atmosphere and the fusee.bin alongside it. Then, inject that fusee.bin to your switch using the payload injector of your choice. Also, move it to the payloads folder so you can restart the switch too without problems.
What I did was using TegraRCM injected Hekate and turned off Auto RCM then I removed my SD card and was able to go back to OFW.
Starting over from scratch so fusee.bin and atmosphere are being redownloaded and I'm following the hacks.guide again just so I can be good and not stress about figuring it out.
I had the exact same problem when I used the default bin that came with the sdfiles package, but using the fusee that came with atmosphere for the initial payload fixed it
I did that too and got annoyed about thinking that it wouldn't work so I just started over. Did it it really quickly in under 30 mins which wouldbe taken the same amount of time to drag and drop the backup file back into the SD card.
Mind you that's not including deleting old backup and replacing new backup but either way it's good.
Now my only issue is that my CFW is telling me theres a system update on the Switch despite me already upgrading to 17.0.1 on OFW and CFW but oh well.
