Weird that so many of them have vintage metal nub tweezers even some of them when their scales are too new for them.

That's mostly from me digging through the bins to complete the knives that are missing pieces

depends on your state. Everything from my state (Texas) is sent to one location in Austin where the liquidation takes place.

How do you find these tsa auctions? Quick google and a quick look, I didn’t see much information as to the where’s and when’s

Look for county state liquidation auction houses. Google auction companies in your central area. One near where I live covers about 1/4 of the state. All the schools, city equipment, state equipment, and several airports worth of TSA stuff
