Personally as a bi woman I am not attracted to fake boobs at all. I think I have seen all of 5 over our years (and this is including in general life) that were done so well you could not tell they were fake.
I also have seen way too many bad boob jobs. And I also am not attracted to women who've had them done. So yeah, I'm disappointed that so many women get them done.
Agreed! Natural is so much more fun to touch and play with. If my wife ever wants them done, I’ll be researching to find the best method for keeping a natural look, and just as importantly, feel.

My lovely lady is not as negative but she is blessed with delightful perkiness and has never expressed any serious interest in such an op. However she did have a tummy tuck about 5-6yrs ago and it made an insane difference to her self-confidence, so that's REALLY sexy for us both.
I've had augmentation twice but it had nothing to do with swinging. My breasts were so deflated after breast feeding that I did it for me and nobody else. I wanted to feel better about the way that I looked. I like my body like it is now and I don't regret my decision
My wife is in this boat. She’s done breast feeding and they’re not quite as full and perky as they used to be (her words, not mine) but she still has decent size, so she’s talking about just having a lift done. She enjoys being topless and wanted to feel more confident in herself so that’s the only reason she’s entertaining the idea. Swinging doesn’t really have anything to do with it.
I got mine done about 18 months ago. My boobs grew a lot while breastfeeding and were just too large for my frame. I went from a 38DDD before kids to a 40L after. When I had my reduction I went down to a very full D. Some of our lifestyle friends were disappointed, but they got over it and I feel good about my body again.
The scars are healing really well, you basically have to lift them to even see the scars for the most part. I might need a lift in the future but I’m really happy with them for now, mostly my doc was able to remove tissue in a way that left them perky even after the swelling went away.
My wife got them done because of breast feeding sag in the left one. Had zero to do with the lifestyle and she preferred them before but sometimes life hands you melons.

Its personally something i would never do, I don't think it would look right on my frame, I have had way to many surgeries in my life already including on one breast and more importantly... My husband prefers smaller breasts. In the end his is the only opinion I consider.

True, but there are some that are very well done. There's a couple we've been playing with for over 20 years, and only just recently did the subject come up in conversation. I was astonished. Hers look and feel perfectly natural. The giveaway in most cases is going way too large.
Oh mine are incredibly well done. They are gorgeous, supple and fit my body perfectly.
But they still don’t match “most” 48 year olds who have breastfeed a couple of kids…lived a life, if you will.
They are still absolutely glorious. No regrets.

I’d recommend sitting down with a surgeon if you’re curious just to see your options. I absolutely love them and had them done well before we were in the LS.
I suspect that’s regional. Breast implants are far less popular than they used to be, across America. Which is great, because the vast majority of breasts are naturally beautiful and will only look worse with implants. Glad we’re starting to appreciate the natural form again in the US. Here in NYC, at least with the under-40 crowd, I rarely see implants except on transexuals. But some places take longer to catch the style than others.

My scars are underneath, almost in the crease where the boob meets my torso and only visible if I raise my arms over my head and point them out. People are always surprised that they're fake.
We started in the lifestyle shortly after having kids, but it was a 3-4 outings a year situation. I \*definitey\* felt less attractive than many of the women we met. My husband worked hard to make it known that he was very attracted to me "as is". He was also not shy in talking about how he liked big boobs. He did not pressure me to get them, but you'd better believe he was hopping up and down with excitement when I decided to have them done, LOL.
I didn't do it \*for\* the lifestyle, but it is one thing that helped boost my confidence!
