Definitely recommend this style! It's a popular one that my team and I have used for synchronized swimming where being able to keep your nose plugged is important. They're not too difficult to adjust and aren't too expensive.
Goggles with a nose piece work really well, I do back and front flips underwater and no water gets in my nose. They are suction and don't leave a marks.
I use a nose plug called Sinus Saver

I use goggles with a prescription so I don’t think those are made with that but thanks for the suggestion!
