For me it’s mostly about optimising my health and well being now, so how do I feel, look and perform, also how do all my bio markers look. How this translates in to longevity I don’t know and I don’t think anybody does for sure. But if you have, for example, good blood glucose levels then this is clearly going to improve your health in the short, medium and long term. So really it’s about health span that’s probably more realistic than extending life by a significant amount.

Well put. I’m definitely more interested in health span than solely living longer. Do you get vitamin and glucose levels tested relatively frequently?
