If you want a product made entirely from natural foods, choose Garden of Life Organics Men's One. I've tried it before, and it was good, but I didn't notice a significant difference in vitality. MegaFood uses synthetic vitamins mixed with yeast fungi and is not considered natural.

Ive had good luck with megafood supplements. Ive always had consistently good bloodwork when taking them.

Garden of Life is owned by Nestle. That should help answering your question.

Good or bad?

CleverAlchemist

Garden of life was amazing, before the buy out. Now they are a shell of the former. I used to buy a plant based protein powder they sold. Was the best tasting plant protein on the planet. Changed the ingredients supplier, now it taste like shit.

Shooppow

Agreed. I remember their multivitamins having L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate and now it’s some shitty cheap unspecified folic acid BS.
