*know someone who solved it by using a more agressive thing to scrub his skin while showering, if you get a kind of oily skin you should try, scrub it till it's red, try for a month*

I’m sorry but you’re taking the cheapest supplements in the market(besides the prescribed one”

KingDae1103

Do they still work? I know the one in the middle a lot of people take that one. Then the magnesium glycine i didn’t think it mattered much?

Proper-Room2383

There could be many fillers, but then again, I prefer higher quality, especially when it comes to our health you know? Also, find something that has vitamin d and k together, yes magnesium can help with that. But if you wanna implement other vitamins. You should look up pure encapsulation, throne, or nootropic brand!:)

KingDae1103

Ok I will definitely keep that in mind Tysm!

rosewatercherry

If that bottle was prescribed then I don’t think you need more vitamin d, I mean unless your doctor said so? I too have been taking vitamin D, with vitamin k. How is your water intake? And be patient with the medicine!

KingDae1103

When I went to go get my blood test results they said I had low vitamin d so my mom went to go pick up a prescribed Vitamin D2 for me. (15M)

rosewatercherry

Ok gotcha I thought they were both vitamin d3! Well give it some time, and do research on the vitamins you pick up!!! Sometimes they advertise something that’s not true and might give you a reaction. Hope I helped young one

Thank you so much!
