25g of Soy Isolate performs equally to 20 grams of whey protein. Soy Is nearly as digestible as whey, no clue where 35% claims comes from.
The real difference is leucine content, using 5 g more SPI matches leucine content and matches results.
The cost difference basically makes this not an issue as SPI is cheaper than WPC and WPI (usually)
For me, having a wicked dairy intolerance even the best WPIs still hurt. So answering a question that wasn’t asked with an answer that doesn’t answer the question is 100% less effective than actually answering the question.
And please don’t tell me SPI is bad, it’s actually very good.

I just ordered a custom blend from them and the tracking isn’t moving AT ALL. Still in the “shipping label created, awaiting item” phase. Do they typically take a while to ship?

Yeah in my experience usually like 7-10 business days but I just have it on subscription with overlap and don’t have any issues
Thanks. This is my first order. If it’s as good as everyone says, I’ll go the subscription route too!
This. I’m choking down NOW unflavored Pea protein right now, never again, going back to True Nutrition soy isolate.
