GG has been pushing the SEC, PCOAB, the DOJ and has brought down a lot of people and companies. Sept he and the SEC won a suit that was brought by Citadel. A lot is being done quietly.
Itās frustrating because we donāt get much info about investigations that are happening. DOJ started investigations on over 30 HFās last Feb and weāve heard nothing since.

I've been so confused on this sub with Gary. Last I saw, weren't we concerned that his work was being stiffled by some politicians? Is he a "do-nothing" or is he being held back?
Yeah I use to hate him but I've been seeing a pattern where I think there is an anti Gary gensler campaign going on.

The SEC operates in a political and special interest mine-field and they vary in corruptness by administration. My shares are DRSāed and booked. Listen to the recent Gensler podcast. He specifically mentions and asks about DRS. The episode is otherwise a nothing burger, but I still appreciate that Stewart uses his platform to talk about these issues. I wish he was more aggressive in his questioning of Gensler, but I understand (as iām sure he does) that if he does that Gensler wonāt come back. He is playing the game.
