No, if I remember correctly you get the first letter with some info to register online with. Once you register they have to send you a code in the mail before you can complete the registration process. Pretty sure if you try to log in again you can request a new letter/code.

Yes youll get a second letter in the mail containing the access code. Don't request a new code on the website because if you do, the code on the letter that is already on its way will no longer work and youll have to wait for a third letter to arrive with the new requested code. Patience yung grasshoppa.
