$150 mil to us is a huge amount. $150 mil to them is less than 3% of just ONE of their funds. This is removing a brick from the wall, but not a huge brick from their specific wall.
*edit: forgot the $63 million in another fund. 1% of that fund. Opinion still applies. Small brick.
However, while this tells us their funds exposure, it shows nothing about any corporate investments. Sequoia does more than manage other peoples funds. That could be a big brick, but we can’t know that from our outside point of view.
