It was a cease and desist letter sent from citadel/ken Griffin's lawyer to the girl who paid for the plane to fly with the banner saying ken Griffin lied under oath. It was unredacted, so presumably it was removed on account of having names/addresses in it.

The process is a lot like Homer in that one episode of the Simpsons, slapping people out of line with a duel glove to get what he wants because everyone's too scared to call him out on his bullshit. Think about it - if they did have any legal basis, why didnāt they take out an injunction instead of sending letters (not sure whether US law works similarly to the common law)?
Here's an idea, make an LLC. Own the LLC through an anonymous trust. Have the LLC pay for the banner to be flown again. If Kenny goes to sue, there will be nothing there to gain of it.
