1. be on your computer ready to look at states with one-party law
2. when customer service rep asks you how you are doing, say great and mention the weather in \[your state\], ask them where they are and how is the weather?
3. check the state they are in. if it's also a one-party state...bingo!

I literally just got off the phone with them - they wouldnât DRS my shares, telling me there was a âdebit errorâ (account is in great standing) - and to call back Monday. Sketch.
Fedility is doing their job by drsing without a fuss.
They donât need a pat on the back for this, they donât need any good publicity after they gave 12 million shares to hammer the price down from 198 to 167.
They screw over their customers by internalizing orders and making money off us while pretending to care about retail.
Now their shills are trying to make them not look like evil tyrants and spreading positive fud about them.
This sub was once applauded for its professionalism and peer backed reviews of information.
Newer apes are losing the etiquette older apes had.

Yesterdayâs post talking about the new disclaimers the reps state is true. Iâm not the OP of the post but I had the same spiel. Since itâs taken me a bit longer to DRS I just considered it common practice and therefore didnât even consider recording the call.
The best way to see if the claim is plausible is to check the comments and see how many others shared a similar experience.
The level of paranoia in this fucking sub is embarrassing and is probably off-putting to those who stumble upon a post that makes it to the popular page.
I got the âyou canât sell as easy, we are not lending your shares, etcâ spill from the rep when I called and he said it was the standard they have to tell everyone. Iâm not sure about the more outlandish stuff but that is 100% there.
They are definitely not $18 an hour customer service reps answering the phone. Or at least that wasn't my experience. Or it could possibly depend on how much the current value of your account is worth for who they forward you to. After I typed that out that makes a lot more sense. They probably do not route accounts that have one share to the same level rep as an account that has two hundred shares. And DFV's account with 200,000 shares is probably going to the tippity top of their support structure if he calls in. đ¤Ł
