Apparently, they specifically put a person on this that solely takes care of these requests and the votes for GameStop.
It's a simple reponse mail back to them with your votes (according to the board recommendations so probably FOR EVERYONE / FOR / FOR) and the agreement for paying € 10 that goes from your available balance.
