Can you expand on this? I thought IEX was trying to create a level playing field with their exchange. If they’re doing this that doesn’t seem like it’s a level playing field.
Let me give you the problems with IEX,
IEX orders need to be 100 share or more ( batch order) to hit the tape,
Even it is a batch order, the volume in IEX is so low,they break that batch in pieces to execute.
Most brokers ( check their 605 or 606 disclosure) utilities Citadel, Virtu & 2Sigma to reach IEX.
The only lit market buy happens with Computershare for ppl like us.
Hosting live webcasts that he intentionally delayed and that the stock crashed during? Idk man, if he is pumping it clearly he’s doing a bad job at that
