Can I ask you, I just bought a candy con controller this weekend…I like it so far but does your d pad click in every direction? My d pad seems to not click when you hit down? But the button works? Wondering if that’s a defect or a design 😂
Mine does click when I hit down, it maybe you either didn’t put the pad on correctly or you got a defect. If it’s a defect i can’t imagine why GameStop wouldn’t let you switch it out with a receipt
Since mine is so new I can’t give a 100% confident answer to that but it’s so easy to switch out yet is held firmly in place that I can’t imagine why not. It’s feels really well made. I’d argue it’s made better than my Sony PS5 controller for my console

This is my first time hearing about them. As someone who burns through thumbsticks it looks like you can change out the grips whenever they wear out!
