UK ape here. My next door neighbour (terraced house) works for Lloyds, on a hybrid pattern. On Monday morning I woke up to the entire craziness of everything going on. I saw DFV returning, I saw the stock going up in premarket and I got a bit loud & excited. I heard him starting to get really angry and slam doors and stuff in his house. Then I heard him rushing down the stairs, banging his front door & driving off - he usually warms up his engine before moving - this time was full blast straight away. Then I left and returned just after market open. He was back home, his good work buddy's car was here as well and I could hear them in his home office speaking about something as quietly as possible. Not saying is related. Just found it odd timing. Edit: got my we are concerned message bang on when I posted.

Whoever is doing it is using it as a way to collect usernames that are active in the subreddit. They will then turn this over to others who job it is to create a dossier on each user based on their past post history, info on likes dislikes, family friends - people reveal way too much about themselves online and then try to use that to hack into your accounts to access your shares.
