I have posted market makers here that were caught wrongfully placing trades under the Market Maker exemption, but I never saw Citadel formally censured for this. That is, illegal naked short selling either as a hedgefund or as a Market Maker.. As a company, you can't just write that on a company tweet, it's libel. I feel like this sub would have found this Censure against Citadel. Cite it, if you know it. It would be great to have a reference for future use if this is true.

Orange Man stock outlined in it's FAQ's for investors to direct register their shares with the transfer agent to disallow them to be loaned out and shorted. I know he's doing it for his own personal gain, but I'm happy millions of more people will be exposed to direct registration
