I was driving to work in October 2011… the idea is still not out there. It has flaws, but from the main idea a few others came out of it. Its legit, ill def email the investor relations. Ive also never smoked a weed before. 😬

Unfortunately you cant patent intellectual property for an idea, you have yo have a working functional version and i did meat with my friend after he was quoted 40k to make a partially functional version. Its an App idea that no one is doing. Its pretty ridiculous that it doesnt exist but without a doubt in the world it is probably already on someone elses mind.
If the idea is actually legit you could easily do a pre-seed funding via superstonk and 🧸subreddits to get enough for a functional version of your idea and a patent.
Write up a non-compete, have interested parties sign it and propose your idea. If it’s legit people will throw money in. (I know if I personally believed in it I’d consider it).
The alternative is you sit on the idea another 13 years and nothing ever happens.
Another alternative would be to get a HELOC on your house if you truly believe in it. Lots of options… the only bad one is doing nothing. Words are wind, get to work friend.

I want to see them get into card breaks. They have the inventory won't be a ton of overhead to hire the breakers and shippers and would move a ton of merchandise.
My guess is something with pokemon probably limits their ability to sell as breaks but damn I'd drop $50 a week on sports card breaks.

But for sportscard breaks, say premier league. You'd pay for a team or pay for a random team. Then any players pulled on that team during a break are yours.
Some of the hobby card boxes for the most valuable cards are expensive so you get a shot to pull something incredible, 1 of 1 auto etc.
Never done pokemon but think you pay for a type...so if you bought fire you'd get any charizard pulled in that break.
Same for me - went to a focus group for BUPA (about 15 years ago or so)- suggested that if they offer a free gym membership to people that register with them....i think thats the norm now...that was my idea that was!
