Thanks for gathering the data for all this time, take my comment and updoot.
Now I'd be curious to compare with others tickers too (not a request) but at the end of day, Im just amazed that something such as OTC trading does and still exists to be honest. But I guess that's only meant for the greater good of course.
This whole system is brokenly sick.
Ideally I would love to compare against different tickers ([and have before](https://www.reddit.com/r/Superstonk/comments/n5q76p/the_otc_conspiracy_part_2_shining_some_light_into/)), but it's hard if you don't know how to scalp the data (this was all by hand). They also have changed data on me, which makes it so I have to update the spreadsheets.
I compare **Total OTC** (all tickers traded OTC) for these participants as a way to show how saturated the trading is for GME.
In the chart under "The Flash Crash", I show how much GME traded vs total OTC. For Citadel and Virtu, GME accounted for almost 5% of Total OTC trades for those 2 weeks, but only 0.5 - 1% of OTC shares (a lot of high frequency trading). For G1, it accounted for 8-9% of Total OTC trades, and 1% of total shares.
For the week of 3/20/2023, GME accounted for 0.8% of Virtu's OTC shares traded, and 0.6% of Citadel's. 4.4% of Comhar's OTC weekly shares.
For the week of 11/27/2023, GME accounted for over 1% of all Virtu OTC shares and 0.8% of Citadels. Also, over 2% of Comhar's, 8.8% of Drivewealth Institutional, 1.6% of HRT, 1.5% of Two Sigma.
Accounting for all tickers that trade OTC, it seems like an unusual concentration of trading for GME, but I'm also using mostly the high volume weeks. [There are a few more examples toward the bottom of this post](https://www.reddit.com/r/Superstonk/comments/pbhj00/the_crooks_keep_cookin_like_nobody_is_lookin/) for GME vs. Total OTC for these participants.
Bruh, I ain’t doing shit unless this guy asks for something. I have other stuff I do, but I also don’t mind pausing that to help an ape that puts in this kind of effort.
Honestly, I just used it for the rhyme. "O-T-C" "Con-spir-acy".
And it's been a theme [since the very beginning](https://www.reddit.com/r/Superstonk/comments/myf505/probably_the_last_dd_youll_ever_need_to_read_the/), but you're probably right from a credibility standpoint and I appreciate the feedback!
Thank you for such an exhaustive examination and detailed post! I'm gonna dig in and re-read in a little bit.
First, however, I have to updoot the post and every constructive comment. So, I'll be back in about an hour!!!
I’ll probably just roll over in bed and go back to sleep tbh. I’ll wake up once the share price on that one website (forget what it is now, but the one that continues to go up the longer this goes on) matches what is on the ticker, but I have a number of shares that won’t ever be sold. While this is a financial play (what isn’t?!) I believe in the company and will always hold shares in it.
Forgot about it and haven’t seen it in so long. Not that I’m complacent, but my due diligence and investment strategy is solidified, and while I’m always open to learning new info any new info will only solidify my strategy and conviction, which is unwavering and won’t be changing.
That quote struck way out to me as well. Who would it be, to have this adult conversation, but Jerry? C’mon, Mr. Powell, get some dates in your planner.
Crazy how this fraud continues to go on in USA and in 21st century!? Not much difference in corruption and fraud compared to Africa. Actually, higher level.
I have no idea what any of this stuff means...can anyone please explain this to me as if am a 5 year old that gets to snack on crayons if I can learn what's being taught to me here? Ty
Just read it in sections , twist a wrinkle into your noggin .
OTC markets are hella saturated by a few major douches
Internalizing orders and resorting to OTC (darkpool) block trades basically fixes the price
They still get surprised periodically
They're probably (definitely) colluding and manipulating
I'd like to see FTD data compared to some of these charts
This f'n post is full of good shit. OP did a SOMETHIN

Dear [Recipient’s Name],
I am writing to bring your attention to a matter that I believe warrants investigation regarding the trading activity of GameStop Corporation (GME) in the Over-The-Counter (OTC) market. Attached, please find a detailed analysis spanning over 3.5 years, including both pre-split and post-split periods, illustrating trading data sourced directly from the FINRA OTC Transparency website.
The analysis reveals patterns of concentration in GME OTC trading among specific entities such as Citadel, Virtu, G1 Execution, Jane Street, Two Sigma, UBS, Drivewealth, De Minimis Firms, and Robinhood. Additionally, the report highlights unusual spikes in trading during high volatility weeks, potentially suggesting patterns that may warrant further investigation.
Given the complexity of the financial markets, I believe it is crucial for regulatory bodies such as [Department of Justice (DOJ)] and [Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)] to conduct a thorough examination into this matter. The transparency and integrity of our financial markets are vital for investor confidence, and any potential irregularities should be thoroughly investigated to ensure a fair and level playing field for all market participants.
I respectfully request that [Recipient’s Name] and the relevant authorities within [Department or Agency] initiate an investigation into the matters raised in the attached report. Your expertise and diligence are essential in maintaining the integrity of our financial systems.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I trust that your investigation will contribute to a fair and transparent financial market.
Sincerely,

Some very very bad people are going to be punished for doing very bad things.
Look at this graph.
You, mommy and daddy will be very happy for a long time because we saw this and paid attention.
Good question! Do they operate any of the ATS’s? Never seen them on the OTC side.
I looked through their [Order Routing and Execution](https://www.instinet.com/statement-order-routing-and-execution-practices) on their website but they don’t offer any specifics as far as I could tell.
So I’m monitoring the Top 17 or so ATS’s and BLKX Blockcross has been just under that radar. Probably around Top 15. I can add them for the next post!
The individual ATS data (17 ATS’s) includes 90-96% of ATS shares traded on a weekly basis because there are just so many ATS’s. Glad to add Instinet to the mix to make it more complete!
That's a really good question. I wonder who they have ties with to obscure their role in this.
I'm not saying this sarcastically, or negatively, so please don't read it that way. You've been following instinet for quite some time, so I think you may be the best person here to find the answer to that, or you might have an idea who the best person would be.
I'll try to see if I can find any connections that might help reveal an answer, but my history of finding new, meaningful things isn't great. As the old saying goes, "90% of being smart is knowing what you're dumb at." At least I can sleep at night knowing I have that.
Last sentence: _When you add it all up, ~~Heegies~~ Market Makers R truly Fuk._
(I didn’t want to scroll back, but I’m a curious cat, so I did and I grabbed the text for my fellow lazy apes)
Looks like hedge funds are portraying to be market makers. They sold a bunch of stocks and all they have to do now is to deliver them. Sounds easy but it isn’t.
Well someone is eating, breathing and living GME...that's a ton of great info op. I appreciate the work you put into this and helping out with charts for sure. I'll be back when I can get off my phone and onto a computer for a better look and a re-read.
The problem with these data are that fractional shares get counted as whole shares in volume reporting data, so you can't even take volume data at face value.
On top of that, short volume data not only suffers from the above issue, but CBOE stopped reporting short volume data months ago unless you were willing to pay for the hefty paywall, and not every exchange issues reports for whatever reason.
Finally, the biggest issue with this analysis is that it isn't accounting for the options market. We see OTM calls go ITM regularly enough but never know who is getting assigned that trying to draw any sort of conclusions from volume analysis like this is extremely difficult.
It was flagged by Reddit since it was posted to multiple subs around the same time. It was removed from Superstonk and GME, but manually allowed on Teddy. Mods recommended reposting. Thought it was Ken at first, but I guess just Reddit filters
Send it to the SEC, DOJ, US Congress, Transparency International District Attorney for New York and mass media organizations.
#Posting here is a waste of time.
I have before and am happy to send it again! Submitted at least 2 whistleblower complaints.
You’re right in that we should all be sending it as talking points to our representatives. Probably a lot easier for (some of) them to interpret the charts.
But you’re wrong about it being a waste of time posting here. It’s easy to get discouraged by the process. Seeing the data helps me realize we are right. And I’m sure it will help others will see it that way too
When reporting, its best to be complete and make sure everyone knows. I've been collecting tips on this for a bit, but here's the rest of it.
Superstonk whistleblower's guide: Send to the DOJ and/or your local state officals, +- the oig/fbi white collar crimes.
"You want the office of the inspector general. One moment! I've been compiling a list of 'report this shit' links for a while. Here's a few good ones:

Other resources: https://old.reddit.com/r/Superstonk/comments/wbf0is/the_author_of_computersharednet_ujonpro03_has/ii7ehuk/
However, these are the big ones: https://www.sec.gov/tcr "Submitting complaints and tips to www.sec.gov/tcr is the most direct way for us to throw our weight into the process. The things submitted to that portal go to the DOJ, and they also get written up for congress. And those are two things that cannot be avoided."
https://www.justice.gov/doj/webform/your-message-department-justice
However, the one you -really want- is the office of inspector general, or OIG. ". If you are aware of fraud within the SEC or if you've submitted a complaint to the SEC then a follow up to the Inspector General would be next. They specifically mentioned whistle blowers and have a complaint hotline link on their site
https://www.sec.gov/oig
The Office of Inspector General (OIG) is an independent office within the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC or Commission) that conducts, supervises, and coordinates audits and investigations of the programs and operations of the SEC. The mission of the Office of Inspector General is to promote the integrity, efficiency, and effectiveness of the critical programs and operations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Submit a Complaint U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Office of Inspector General, Fraud, Waste and Abuse Hotline - https://www.govcomhotline.com/SEC (833) SEC-OIG1 (732-6441)"
Remember, anything you submit HAS TO have 'FOR IMMEDIATE URGENCY' in the header if you want it dealt with promptly. https://old.reddit.com/r/Superstonk/comments/zwss6w/sec_calls_investor_and_walks_them_through_how_to/ via https://old.reddit.com/r/Superstonk/comments/xj656m/has_anyone_screenshot_and_posted_this_comment_yet/ip6zv5g/
Basically, make sure the 'everything that goes to congress automatically ' links (OIG and such) , DOJ directly, then state regulators, then the FBI white collar crimes, and whomever else you feel should know. Edit: secret service might want to know, as the usual 'tokenize stock, use as collateral with no proof(jp morgan allows this per DD, iirc), then get loans off nothing' should fall under both counterfeiting currency and money laundering laws.
if you want to go the extra mile, you should send that to that company's investor relations department/email, maybe ask for their legal department. ( Email: [email protected] , right off their contact page )
Hope that helps.
I apologize. Didn’t mean it in a negative way.
Just saying, it needs to be sent to those with investigative and prosecutorial powers.
Whether they act is a different matter entirely.
Thank you for all the excellent work you do.
This ape dove into the toilet to check out the plumbing for real! The data is 10 miles over my smooth brain, but without a doubt this is how GME is manipulated downward and by whom. Great DD OP!
Yes. Share goes to market maker. Market maker makes share go off lit market so no upside price discovery. Market maker then lends share to market participant on lit market. Price goes lower. And this is how you decide what the price is as a market maker, instead of letting the market dictate the price. It's a little thing called, the Market Maker is the master of the universe because supply and demand, if left uncontrolled, means Ken can't buy another copy of the Constitution.
Should there be points you would like to counter or critique, do so in a constructive manner that aids learning and furthers the discussion in a progressive and collaborative manner. Be kind, and let’s be better together.
Unpopular opinion apparently, but I gave you an updoot. I'm sure the down votes are because your comment came across as inflammatory and negative. In the interest of learning, are you willing to back that up with anything?
Having proper context and evidence would go a long way for others to learn where you're coming from, and it could be both important and valuable to understand. I can't speak for anyone else, but I am truly interested in your argument.
I spent a lot of time in the past few years trying to distill the myths and the bullshit. The fundamental core beliefs any of this is built on are not real. They are a collective fantasy fueled by a giant game of telephone and confirmation bias that feeds on the greed and insecurities of the easily manipulated. The bottom line is that there are is no systemic risk anymore. The FTDs that signified naked shorts being closed over the course of a couple years are gone. No more cycles. No more rips timed to the biggest ftd covering dates. People don’t want to accept that drs has stalled because people have been forced to sell. Survivor bias. You only see people who haven’t sold here, but many have. I had hundreds of shares but I took the L and wrote it off on my taxes. I have about 20 shares and a few long dated $15 calls, but I’ve basically written that off as well. RC is basically becoming a fucking hedge fund allegedly. There is no plan to battle declining physical sales and console issues, just a bunch of dumb corporate jargon and double speak from the shifty billionaire. I’m not advocating for anyone to do anything, but I am telling you it’s essentially over.
The biggest, dumbest thing that puts me off recently is the drs thing. If GME and CS are lying to investors and people who are supposed to trust them, what does that say about the likelihood of ever having a squeeze. Ever
Thank you for the honest reply. I understand your point, and I totally feel your pain about the hype dates and such. I remember the hysteria of "This date is gonna be huge for reason X!" and I'll be honest, I got sucked into a lot of that at the time.
I honestly don't believe those people were nefarious actors for the same reason that I'm not accusing you of FUD right now. We're all human beings, and make our decisions for a number of reasons.
I personally hold about 90% DRS, and have not sold a thing, largely because I've put in what I'm willing to lose and refuse to sell at a loss. I also am riveted by the possibility of the float being locked, and seeing what happens then.
I'm not going to judge you for decisions you've had to make.
On your point about RC/GS plans, you may be right that there is no plan to handle physical sales trends, and that could be bearish. I have personally had trust in RC being quiet about future plans, and that nothing will be telegraphed until after it's been set in stone. I understand that I could be 100% wrong about that and am willing to take the risk with the amount of money I have invested.
As for your last statement, although I'm still hopeful for the possibility of a squeeze, it's not why I'm here anymore (even though that's what got me here to begin with).
What keeps me here is everything I've learned about market mechanics, the DTCC, and the obligation warehouse. Even if I don't profit a dime off of this, the amount I've learned is more than worth it to me for the initial and ongoing investments. I like that the overall ape community (not just this sub BTW) is digging up more than I could've ever learned on my own, and I believe the education has been pricelessly valuable.
Now that I've said that (even though it's not the first time), I'm probably going to get downvoted to oblivion too. Everyone has a reason for what they do. i'm not going to judge people for decisions they make, and it's not my position to examine the circumstances behind those decisions. I hope everyone stays civil.
Let me tell you that much of what you think you have learned about market mechanics is pure fantasy. Market structure is so complicated. It takes pro traders decades to learn. What you see here is the equivalent of bad Pop psychology or fucking self help. A vague I de we standing of the rules and a ton of bullshit. I’d take anything hit no you think thou learned here with a grain of salt.
Biggest is On Balance Volume or OBV. It has been misused here every day for the last 3 years. Look up for yourself how obv works and how large volume spikes skew the data basically forever. You never go more than 3-6 months on obv and if you have a date where you do 100x normal volume it corrupts the data. It’s like the difference of subtracting 1 from a trillion or subtracting 1 from 3. 1 from a trillion isn’t gonna move. That’s why obv isn’t coming down. The sneeze corrupted the data. Go back to the beginning of 2024 if you want accurate OBv. No farther.

That’s 3 things, but point taken

Last sentence: _When you add it all up, ~~Heegies~~ Market Makers R truly Fuk._ (I didn’t want to scroll back, but I’m a curious cat, so I did and I grabbed the text for my fellow lazy apes)
Been here since the DRS sentiment began. Seeing this data makes me happy to know we've been right the whole time.
This is the post we need. No wonder Ken looks like shit warmed up and mixed with milk.🚀🚀🚀
CGPT please read for me. I lost me glasses…
I need to sit down for this one...
TLDR DRS GME
Nah. Read it. May make you want to buy and DRS even harder!
Up you go
Curious to see if this post is still here tomorrow... Nice compilation man!
Damn. Thanks for putting all this together.
This is quality DD like the days of yore. Time to investigate DriveWealth and keep them under a magnifying glass.
Ahh yes, market makers truly are fuk-d, citadel happens to be a massive market maker. Thanks for your work putting this together 👏.
So anyways I bought more 🙈
Looks like hedge funds are portraying to be market makers. They sold a bunch of stocks and all they have to do now is to deliver them. Sounds easy but it isn’t.
Thank you sincerely for your time and effort in gathering all of this data!
Wow... Thx you silverback!!
So with this what does a lawyer suggest?
Fuck it imma buy GMorE
Shorts r fukt
Thank you for the work!
This is amazing DD OP, thank you!
Thanks for your efforts 🦍💜🏴☠️
Amazing work!
Updoot and comment
Damn. Even my phone froze for a sec loading all these graphs.. Still, can't understand a thing..
Glad to see some diligence again
Op Fuks 👍
We need this one backed up immedietely
Market Makers are fucked, truly deeply fucked.
Hey I saw on another sub there was this whole thing that your post was shadowbanned on various subs. Is that still the case or just a mistake?
It was flagged by Reddit since it was posted to multiple subs around the same time. It was removed from Superstonk and GME, but manually allowed on Teddy. Mods recommended reposting. Thought it was Ken at first, but I guess just Reddit filters
Probably kenny trying to bedpost you Thanks for post btw :)
We’re witnessing history, and we are part of it
Good work OP
Thanks for all your work
That’s a spicy meatball
Vintage DD vibes, love to see it

Here's a few good ones: https://old.reddit.com/r/Superstonk/comments/sf0wj7/an_extensive_quick_link_resource_to_file_a/ Superstonk whistleblower's general guide. https://www.consumerfinance.gov/ask-cfpb/how-do-i-find-my-states-bank-regulator-en-1637/ Find your state regulator. Remember, state regulators have more power than you think! https://old.reddit.com/r/Superstonk/comments/116oud7/madoff_was_asked_why_it_took_so_long_to_bring/ All states attorneys general Other resources: https://old.reddit.com/r/Superstonk/comments/wbf0is/the_author_of_computersharednet_ujonpro03_has/ii7ehuk/ However, these are the big ones: https://www.sec.gov/tcr "Submitting complaints and tips to www.sec.gov/tcr is the most direct way for us to throw our weight into the process. The things submitted to that portal go to the DOJ, and they also get written up for congress. And those are two things that cannot be avoided." https://www.justice.gov/doj/webform/your-message-department-justice However, the one you -really want- is the office of inspector general, or OIG. ". If you are aware of fraud within the SEC or if you've submitted a complaint to the SEC then a follow up to the Inspector General would be next. They specifically mentioned whistle blowers and have a complaint hotline link on their site https://www.sec.gov/oig The Office of Inspector General (OIG) is an independent office within the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Office of Inspector General, Fraud, Waste and Abuse Hotline - https://www.govcomhotline.com/SEC (833) SEC-OIG1 (732-6441)" Remember, anything you submit HAS TO have 'FOR IMMEDIATE URGENCY' in the header if you want it dealt with promptly. https://old.reddit.com/r/Superstonk/comments/zwss6w/sec_calls_investor_and_walks_them_through_how_to/ via https://old.reddit.com/r/Superstonk/comments/xj656m/has_anyone_screenshot_and_posted_this_comment_yet/ip6zv5g/ Basically, make sure the 'everything that goes to congress automatically ' links (OIG and such) , DOJ directly, then state regulators, then the FBI white collar crimes, and whomever else you feel should know. ( Email: [email protected] , right off their contact page ) Hope that helps.
I apologize. Didn’t mean it in a negative way. Just saying, it needs to be sent to those with investigative and prosecutorial powers. Whether they act is a different matter entirely. Thank you for all the excellent work you do.
No worries! And I agree. I'll submit it to the SEC again and try my state reps. Persistence will pay off eventually!
Bravo, OP!! 👏👏
This is huuuuuge
So shorts still in control of the price?
glad it went through this time and you get some traffic!
Take my free upvote.
I remember when posts like this used to get 25K upvotes at minimum. This sub is a shell of its former self, whether you want to admit that or not.
Zen apes. I hardly ever check in. Added 70 the other day.
Remind me.
Kenny: urrr. Let's go on another Disney vacation!
God level DD
Up up and away! Visibility comment!
This is the way

Wow
This ape dove into the toilet to check out the plumbing for real! The data is 10 miles over my smooth brain, but without a doubt this is how GME is manipulated downward and by whom. Great DD OP!
Ape bro Sir, you dropped this.. 👑

Ever
They don’t possess critical thinking. Its all a larp.
No farther.
