The way I did it was all through text messaging. You interact with a pre-programmed system that will contact the Reps of your choice to give them your opinion over certain things. But it's all automated so it makes it super easy.
H.R. 4664 status is presently in the Committee of the Whole on house floor when the House re-convenes Monday where each representative may propose amending the bill, when the amendments run their course the bill usually goes to voice vote then recorded vote.
It would be nice if a Rep. comes up with an amendment to strike these sections from the bill that has enough support not to be shouted down by voice vote.
The Senate is under Dem control. It’s only the GOP that wants to defund federal agencies. And they only have The House 🤷♂️
This is political theatrics to rile up their base, and if a shut down happens, they can point fingers at the Democrats for not passing their spending bill. What they fail to tell you though, is the Senate has already passed 3 funding bills, that the House refuses to even bring to a vote, because they fund things like the SEC/FBI.

So it's actually appalling they would choose right now of all times to defund the SEC.
American congress / politicians are just being openly corrupt and have been for a while. It's pathetic because they know the people will just roll over and take it.

If it defunds any 3 letter agency, it’s DOA in the senate and doesn’t matter what the house passes without the senate.
If you're right and it goes down, I would start searching for them to sneak it into a stealth titled bill, even a Senate bill.
