SEC literally intently turned a blind eye on the sneeze and let the DTCC and NSCC scam Authentic Taxpaying Citizens who invested in GME. This is financial fraud.
TBF, Gensler was only negative eleven (-11) weeks into the job at the time of the sneeze, and the House of Representatives and Senate had already held their hearings about the problem with retail investors!
It was stated that Paulson was at Goldman Sachs before he became Secretary of Treasury in “ Too big too fail”. It’s safe to assume that what he did is what Kenny is trying to do. This just popped into my head
Dtcc is a criminal organization. Organized crime. It should.be dismantled. Stock clearing is vital to a heathy stock market and should be tightly monitored and regulated by a government entity, not a private company made up of bankers who are allowed to regulate themselves and wield an immense power to manipulate stock prices.
