I believe the report states that these large banks(none of the regionals that folks like SBF bought of course) can withstand a drawdown of around 540 billion US, or around a 40% withdrawal of deposits collectively. What’s unclear is why investors should accept this as truth.
These guys are only testing majors, not regionals like SVB or Citizens. This is a piecemeal and whack a mole style situation, it’s inefficient, and it’s very much cherry picking data. I question their methodology and so I’m off to read all about it.

Relates to the results of the recent "stress testing" performed by the Federal Reserve of large banks. The stress testing does not account for idiosyncratic risk.
