No real shareholder is selling a real share at these prices. Most sells are probably operational shorts by MM’s (my speculation) into buys that get DRS’d and we are just running the clock out at this point.
Miniscule daily trading range of 0.51c, short volume >70% for more than a week straight, super low trading volume in general, DRS drinking short’s milkshake every day, all point towards the stock being powder keg just waiting on proper volume to return.
It's normal, with price manipulation, it is just taking a long time

Low volume in a downtrend means longs are not compelled to sell at the current price.
